LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The property is located a 2-minute walk from the Marconi seafront in Alba Adriatica and a 5-minute walk from the city center. The Alba Adriatica-Nereto-Controguerra station is 5 minutes away by car, the Val Vibrata toll booth is about 7 minutes. To reach Pescara airport it takes an hour to travel.
