LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The structure is located in a seafront position in Alba Adriatica and is separated from the beach by a stretch of pine grove. The Alba Adriatica train station can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the Giulianova station, where long-distance trains stop, can be reached in around 20 minutes. The Val Vibrata motorway exit is 10 minutes away, while the Abruzzo Airport of Pescara is about an hour by car.
