DESCRIPTION

The Punta de l'Est Hotel is a 3-star hotel located in Francavilla al mare in front of the beach. Made up of two connecting villas, it offers beautifully furnished rooms and suites, equipped with balconies, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It has a private beach with direct access, free parking, bicycles, services for children and cycle tourists. Allows pets.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The hotel is located in Francavilla al mare in front of the beach and 5 minutes by car from the tourist port. The train station is about ten minutes away by car or bus, Pescara airport about 15 minutes.

ROOMS

All accommodations have a small balcony with sea or garden view, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, laptop safe, telephone, minibar, bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set.
Some rooms come with a coffee machine and kettle. The Dream rooms, recently renovated, are soundproofed and equipped with a sitting area; the Styles additionally have a pillow menu, CD and DVD player; Smart rooms are suitable for families and also available in a communicating version.
There are also 3 Junior Suites: Marine, with two separate rooms and a window overlooking the sea; Blue J-Suite, with double bed, double sofa bed and balcony with sea view; J-Suite Flower, with small balcony facing the sea, double bed and single bed.

SERVICES

The hotel has double private and free parking. The common areas include a garden area with direct access to the private beach, terrace, common room with TV and bar. At guests' disposal: Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, air conditioning, free beach towel. For a fee: laundry and ironing, shuttle service.

Children: availability of family and connecting rooms, strollers, outdoor play area, bicycles with seat and helmet, bicycles for 6-12 years. For a fee: cots, baby menu, babysitting service.
Animals: allowed on request with possible supplement. Dogs have a bowl available and cannot access the restaurant and the private beach.

The hotel organizes Nordic Walking courses and has services for cycle tourists such as bike rental, cycle tourist guides, routes and maps, bike washing area, dedicated repair workshop, laundry for technical clothing.

FOOD

Breakfast is sweet and savory and can be eaten outdoors. The hotel has an internal restaurant with meat and fish dishes served at the table accompanied by vegetarian options, a buffet of appetizers and side dishes. Products for intolerances or particular dietary needs are available on request. On the private beach there is also the Venti16 seaside bistro, owned by the same owner.
