LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The structure is located in a panoramic position in Giulianova Alta, the historic center of the city. The Cathedral of San Flaviano and the Church of Santa Maria della Misericordia are just a 2-minute walk away, while in 5 minutes by car you can reach the center and the tourist port. From the Teramo-Giulianova-Mosciano Sant'Angelo toll booth the structure can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, while it takes just under an hour to reach Pescara airport.
