The property is located in the center of Montesilvano, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bicycle. The original historic center of the area, the village of Montesilvano Colle, is 10 minutes away by car. From the Pescara Nord-Città Sant'Angelo toll booth you can reach the B&B in just 3 minutes, from Pescara airport in about 15 minutes.
