The Residence Roscioli is an accommodation facility housed in a building a few steps from the sea in Roseto degli Abruzzi. The property, located in the northern area of Roseto degli Abruzzi, is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle, while the ancient village of Montepagano takes 10 minutes by car. The local station is 5 minutes away by car, the motorway exit about 15 minutes. It takes 45 minutes to travel to Pescara airport.

APARTMENTS

The structure has two-room and three-room apartments furnished in a modern style, capable of hosting 4 and 5 people respectively. All accommodations are equipped with a large furnished balcony with sea view, independent air conditioning, linen, Wi-Fi connection, safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, iron and washing machine.
