The Villa Rosella Resort is an accommodation facility in Roseto degli Abruzzi located a short distance from the Borsacchio Nature Reserve. Surrounded by a private park of approximately 5000 m2, the resort offers comfortable apartments also accessible to people with disabilities, all equipped with an equipped kitchen, air conditioning and fiber Wi-Fi connection. The resort is located within a large green area a 5-minute drive from the beaches, the center of Roseto degli Abruzzi and the ancient village of Montepagano. The local station is 5 minutes away by car, the motorway exit just over 10 minutes, Pescara airport 45 minutes.
The resort has two-room apartments (maximum 4 people) with private patio and three-room apartments on two levels (maximum 6 people) with furnished balcony. All accommodations are equipped with an equipped kitchen, living area with sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, safe, fiber Wi-Fi connection and bathroom with shower cubicle, courtesy set and wall-mounted hairdryer.
Guests can make free use of an internal garage and an outdoor car park and relax in the large garden furnished with tables and chairs. Bar active during the summer season. Activate an agreement with a bathing establishment.

The property does not offer restaurant service. Meals can be managed independently thanks to the presence of an equipped kitchen in all apartments. During the summer it is possible to have breakfast and enjoy light dinners with typical local products at the garden bar (paid service).
