DESCRIPTION

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The structure overlooks a short stretch of pine forest that separates it from Silvi beach, reachable in a minute on foot. Located within the Marine Protected Area of ​​Torre del Cerrano, it is about a 20-minute walk from the ancient tower located in the neighboring Pineto. The historic village of Silvi Paese is a 10-minute drive from the hotel, the station 5 minutes. From the Atri-Pineto toll booth you can reach the hotel in about 5 minutes, from Pescara airport it takes half an hour to travel.
