The property is located on the Silvi seafront, a few steps from the private beach. In 10 minutes by car, or 20 minutes by bicycle, you arrive at the historic village of Silvi Paese. The local station is 5 minutes away by car, the Pescara Nord-Città Sant'Angelo toll booth is less than 10 minutes. To reach Pescara airport it takes about 25 minutes by car.
