DESCRIPTION

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The property is located in Tortoreto Lido, a 3-minute walk from the beach and the cycle path that runs along the seafront, less than 10 minutes by car from Tortoreto Alto. The train station can be reached on foot in about ten minutes, Pescara Airport by car in about an hour.

APARTMENTS

Studio and two-room mini-apartments are available, all equipped with a balcony, kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, telephone, fridge, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Daily cleaning is included. The studios can accommodate up to 2 people with a small child and measure 18-20 m2; the type A two-room apartments measure 25 m2, can accommodate up to 4 people and are composed of a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed; the type B two-room apartments (28-35 m2) have a capacity of 4 people with the possibility of adding a cot or a small bed.
