AB Suite Innovative Design is an original B&B located near Porta San Donato in Bologna, on the ground floor of a 19th century building. Totally renovated in 2014 with particular attention to planning and design, it is an ideal location for study trips, work trips, a romantic holiday or simply to visit the city comfortably on foot. It has private internal parking and elegant and unique rooms embellished with refined and refined furnishings.
The B&B is located in Bologna, near Porta San Donato and the Sant'Egidio bus stop. In 4 minutes on foot it is possible to reach the university area and Via Zamboni, while in 10 minutes you arrive at the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi hospital and the Basilica of San Giacomo Maggiore. The Montagnola park and the two towers are 14 minutes away on foot and the central station 20 minutes on foot or 10 by bus. The Bologna Fiera Congress Center and Bologna Airport are 14 minutes away by taxi or around 25 by bus.
The structure is made up of 5 rooms which are different from each other and unique in their originality: Suite Tour-Blanc with entrance with a rounded vaulted ceiling and large round bed; Princesse Suite in shades of red with crown chandelier and themed tea set; Plume-Verte Suite in shades of green and embellished with refined bright creations and elegant colored draperies, able to accommodate up to 3 people; Red Passion Suite; Delabrè Suite, consisting of a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Each accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, LED TV, coffee machine, welcome snacks (coffee, tea and biscuits) and Wi-Fi connection. Some also boast a corner equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave. The Princesse Suite and the Plume-Verte, being communicating rooms, can also become a comfortable Family Suite.
For those traveling by car, the B&B offers a convenient and safe paid parking inside the structure. At guests' disposal there is a garden with a small equipped gazebo and free Wi-Fi connection. The structure organizes guided tours of Palazzo Talon Sampieri where it is possible to admire the work "Ercole e Anteo" by Guercino.

Breakfast can be prepared independently in the room, thanks to the presence of a coffee machine and a microwave. On request and with a supplement, it is also possible to request breakfast in the room.
