LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The property is a 5-minute walk from the Pioppa bus stop, which connects the area with the center of Bologna and the train station, which can also be reached by car in less than 25 minutes. By car it is also possible to reach Marconi Airport in about 4 minutes, the Borgo Panigale motorway exit and the Ducati Museum in 6 minutes, and the Unipol Arena in 10 minutes.
