Stella del Mar is a bed and breakfast in Bologna built in an Art Nouveau villa with garden. The property is located in the Murri residential district, not far from the historic centre, and is well served by public transport. The central station can be reached in 15 minutes by car or 30 by bus, Marconi airport in 20 minutes by car or 35 by public transport.
Guests of the villa can stay in 4 elegant and refined double bedrooms in Art Nouveau or neoclassical style, united by the presence of a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a minibar and a private bathroom with a shower compartment. The studio flat with kitchenette can accommodate up to 3 people and has an independent entrance directly from the garden, a corner of which is for private use of the studio flat. The mini-apartment for 6 instead consists of an independent entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a tavern with kitchen and a living room with fireplace.
The large garden that surrounds the building has various relaxation corners with tables, chairs or benches as well as a guarded parking area available to guests (upon request, subject to availability). If it is not possible to park in the garden, guests can take advantage of the free parking spaces along the street. Inside the structure there is a common relaxation area consisting of a living room with sofas, TV and bookcase. The Wi-Fi connection is free in all areas.
