DESCRIPTION

Villa Gotti Charming Rooms is a bed and breakfast in Bologna located on the hill of San Mamolo and designed in 1933 by the architect Enrico De Angeli. The structure, which represents a perfect example of architectural rationalism with its modern and clean lines, offers a large terrace, a common living room furnished with designer furniture and rooms of different types with a snack corner.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The property is located on the San Mamolo hill, a 1-minute walk from the Putti bus stop, 3 minutes from the Villa Regina Clinic and 8 minutes from the Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute. Walking for 13 minutes it is possible to reach the Margherita Gardens, while the city center is 25 minutes away on foot or 5 by car. Bologna Central Station is 15 minutes away by car (or 25 by public transport), Marconi Airport and the Unipol Arena 18 minutes away by car.

ROOMS

Villa Gotti Charming Rooms offers its guests Standard, Superior and Junior Suite rooms which are distinguished by their size and the presence of a minibar stocked with water and drinks (Superior rooms). All rooms have a snack corner with kettle, flat-screen smart TV, air conditioning/heating, private bathroom with courtesy set and hairdryer.

SERVICES

The structure offers guests who reach it by car the possibility of reserving paid street parking and has a large terrace and common areas furnished in a modern and functional style.
