The Capitol Residence, a 4-star hotel in Cattolica in the center and near the sea, has been completely renovated. It is managed directly by the owners, has a heated swimming pool, a panoramic wellness area, a children's play area and different types of apartments. It admits animals of all sizes for a fee.

The structure has an agreement with the Stella Marina Beach Resort n.46-50 located opposite and equipped with a swimming pool with hydromassage, sports fields, pedal boat rental, bar and restaurant, reading corner, play area and entertainment.
