DESCRIPTION

The family-run 3-star Hotel Riz in Cervia, recently renovated, has a garden area, equipped open-air porch, services for families, playground area with inflatable, parking, Wi-Fi and bicycles. Allows small pets.

LOCATION

The hotel is located in a quiet avenue a few minutes walk from the beach and the only free-access stretch of beach in Cervia.

ROOMS

All rooms offer air conditioning, balcony, Wi-Fi connection, safe, LCD TV, empty mini fridge, beach towel, renovated private bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer. The rooms are available in 2 types:
COMFORT: present in the hotel, they have renovated furniture and all the services listed above.
SUPERIOR: present in the hotel, completely renovated, in addition to all the services listed above there is a 42" Smart TV, electric shutters, door opening with personalized card, renovated bathroom with shower cubicle.

APARTMENTS

In the structure there are apartments (two-room and three-room apartments) with kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and crockery. In the apartment there are: 2 balconies, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, Smart TV, bedrooms with safe, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer. The basic service includes: cleaning kit, towels and bed linen.
Weekly change of bed linen and towels; final cleaning is included with the exception of dishes and kitchenette, there is the possibility of having daily cleaning for a fee. In the three-room apartments there is also a dishwasher. Those staying in the apartments will be able to: request take-away meals from the hotel delicatessen and will have exclusive use of a bike with basket
