The property has a swimming pool, garden area, lift, beach towels (with security deposit), free bicycles, laundry service available on request. Romagna themed evenings are organised.
PARKING: 20 uncovered spaces in the hotel, available at a cost of €10 per day. There is paid public parking 50 meters from the property.
WI-FI: 100 Mbit/s fiber, available throughout the entire structure.
AIR CONDITIONING: free also in the room.
AGREEMENTS: private beach.
BIKE HOTEL: routes and maps, closed bike room, possibility of bringing the bike into the room, laundry for technical clothing available on request, for a fee.

OTHER: Romagna dinner on Thursday. It is possible to have lunch on the beach with à la carte restaurant service (for a fee).
