LOCATION

The hotel is located in a quiet area, a short distance from the beach and close to the center of Gatteo. Gatteo Mare train station is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

The rooms have a balcony, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi connection, TV, safe, telephone, minibar, recently renovated bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.
CLASSIC: double, triple and family rooms with comfortable bunk beds. They are equipped with the main comforts and services, simple and functional furnishings for a welcoming accommodation with the best value for money. They can accommodate up to 5 people.
SUPERIOR: brand new, large with designer furnishings. Possibility of adding a 3rd bed that transforms into a bunk bed, excellent quality mattresses and pillows, premium courtesy set.
SUPERIOR SUITE AND SUPERIOR FAMILY SUITE: on the first floor, brand new and equipped with every comfort. Exclusive design furnishings in 2 separate areas: main bedroom, second bedroom/living area with sofa bed. Queen size mattresses and well-made pillows, premium courtesy set. Some with balcony, ideal for hosting 5 people.
GARDEN: renovated, welcoming and well furnished with direct access to the large "Green Roof" terrace, use of excellent quality mattresses and pillows and premium courtesy set. Ideal for couples holidays.
JUNIOR SUITE: intended for the most demanding guests, renovated bathroom with large shower, panoramic view of the sea and the Cesena and Rimini hills, tea/coffee maker, new queen size mattresses and premium courtesy set.
PANORAMIC: on the 4th floor, perfect for a relaxing and stylish holiday for the couple and the family. New furnishings, large solarium terrace with heated and illuminated Jacuzzi, new queen size mattresses and excellently made pillows, tea/coffee maker and premium courtesy set.
LIVING SUITES: located in front of the entrance to the main structure, in a building served by stairs and with all the hotel services.

SERVICES

Open-air porch overlooking one of the most beautiful corners of Gatteo, terrace, free use of bicycles, wellness center with beauty treatments and massages, elegant reception, large living area, American bar, 2 lifts, use of beach towel, entertainment on the beach and in the town care of Gatteo Mare Village. In 2021 the facade was redone with glass balconies and a new open-air porch with new lounge areas and tiki bar.
PARKING: free parking is located 350 meters from the Hotel, in a multiparking area delimited by an electronic barrier: it cannot be booked in advance and availability is guaranteed while spaces are available. The same area also provides private parking located in a covered area: the cost of this service is €4.00 per day. Alternatively, there is a private car park adjacent to the structure (€8.00 per day), with parking spaces located next to and in front of the Hotel entrance.
WI-FI: 100 Mbit/s fiber, available throughout the entire structure. Upon request, Super Fast Premium Wi-Fi is available for a fee.
AIR CONDITIONING: both in the common areas and in the rooms.
AGREEMENTS: beach, amusement parks.
SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: entrance on the ground floor with inclined ramp, lift compliant with regulations for disabled people, room with adequate maneuvering space and bathroom with accessible shower and shower chair.
PETS: all sizes admitted free of charge, pet kit in use, walkway 500 m away; possibility of affiliated dog beach.

FOOD

BREAKFAST: large sweet and savory buffet, available from 7.00 to 11.00 show-cooking of eggs and pancakes with healthy, vegan and gluten-free options.
LUNCH AND DINNER: light lunch at the "La Verandina" restaurant which offers salads, poké and other light dishes (served from 12.00 to 15.00) or packed lunch in 4 variations. Buffet dinner at the Mattarelli Restaurant, microfiltered water always included.
CHANGES: the menu is suitable for vegetarians; menus are offered for intolerants (gluten - lactose).
OTHER: Tuesday after dinner on the external open-air porch "Bombo Tonic" buffet of ring-shaped cake accompanied by a selection of Gin Tonic. On Sunday afternoons, an aperitif is always offered on the open-air porch.

CHILDREN

In the hotel: outdoor playground area, 3 strollers. Upon request, for a fee: babysitter and pediatrician.
In the room: cots, fall protection rails.
On the beach: entertainment.

BIKE HOTEL

Routes and maps, cycling guides available, closed bike room, possibility of bringing the bike to the room, bike washing area, meals dedicated to athletes, energy breakfasts, laundry for technical clothing, workshop dedicated to bicycle repair and maintenance, organization of bike rides tours and much more.

WELLNESS

The structure has a recently built wellness centre, the "Salus Per Aquam": an elegant SPA where you can book beauty treatments, wellness programs and massages. The SPA includes a Finnish sauna, emotional showers, stone Turkish bath, hydromassage pool with geysers and vertical waterfalls, relaxation area with loungers and herbal tea room.
