For cancellations/cancellations up to 20 days before arrival, the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded, minus shipping costs. Up to 8 days before, 50% will be refunded. After this deadline no refund will be possible.
Beach service: included from the 4th day of stay in an all-inclusive formula.
Meals not consumed in the hotel are not refunded.
