It has many services tailored for families, including a playground area and inflatables, a swimming pool area with children's pool and a large private beach equipped with all services, including a fenced pet area. The property is located in Igea Marina in front of the private beach, reachable in a few steps. The center of Igea Marina is about twenty minutes away on foot or 10 by bus.
