Color Perla Village

Color Perla Village is a recently renovated 3-star Superior property located in Igea Marina, designed for families. The property offers numerous amenities for children and parents: a play area with inflatables, a pool area with a children's pool, and a large, fully equipped private beach, including a fenced-in area for pets. Entertainment is guaranteed throughout the day thanks to a Romagna kiosk, an ice cream cart, and free admission to the Atlantica water park. The property is pet-friendly.

LOCATION

The property is located in Igea Marina in front of the private beach, reachable in a few steps. The center of Igea Marina is about twenty minutes away on foot or 10 by bus.

ROOMS

All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, telephone, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A mini fridge is available upon request.

COLOR: 18-20 square meters, can accommodate up to 4 people. Some are only accessible by stairs and are located on the first or second floor.

SUPERIOR: approximately 30 square meters, it can accommodate up to 5 people and has a window, not a balcony; some have wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

MAXI ROOM: 22–26 m², with a window but no balcony; sea view also available (surcharge).

CONCHIGLIA/STARFISH: 18–22 square meters, located on the ground floor, features a private outdoor space for exclusive use, equipped with sun loungers, a table, and chairs. Both rooms have bathrooms with bidets.

PEARL: 16–18 sq m with a window (no balcony), accessible only by stairs and located on the ground or first floor. Some bathrooms have bidets.

PERLA XL: 18–22 sq m with window (no balcony). Some rooms are accessible only by stairs, with no elevator, and are located on the ground or first floor.

SMART: 14–16 sq m with window. Seven Smart rooms have a balcony and are available for a supplement. The rooms are accessible by stairs, with no elevator, and are located on the first floor. The bathrooms do not have bidets.

EASY: 13 sq m with a window and no balcony. Some rooms are accessible only by stairs, with no elevator, and are located on the first or second floor; others have access from the exterior wings of the building.

SERVICES

Spacious grounds, a swimming pool with solarium, free bicycles, an evening shuttle service to and from Igea Marina and Torre Pedrera from 8:00 PM to midnight, an elevator (in one of the buildings), a laundry area with free washing machines and dryers (detergents available for a fee), entertainment and themed evenings, and beach towels available with a deposit.

PETS: Small and medium-sized pets are allowed for a fee (Max 30 kg).

KITCHEN

BREAKFAST: sweet and savory buffet.

LUNCH AND DINNER: Buffet with show cooking, Italian cuisine, pizzeria in the dining room, vegetarian options, grill corner with freshly cooked meat and fish.

OTHER: House aperitif at lunch and dinner, unlimited draft drinks all day, white or red wine, draft beer, coffee and cappuccinos, free cocktails from 8pm to midnight. Afternoon Food Corner from 3pm to 6pm with Piadinas and Hot Dogs.

CHILDREN

The hotel features a swimming pool with slides and a children's pool with water games, an inflatable playground, a 24-hour juice dispenser at child height, indoor and outdoor play areas, a racing track, entertainment, bicycles with child seats, strollers, afternoon snacks, and a dedicated nanny area.

In the room: cot and safety rails on request.

At mealtimes: high chairs, baby menu, kitchen available, bottle warmer, lunch with the activity leader. A fully equipped kitchen area is accessible 24/7, offering unsalted vegetable broths, purees, and cheeses.

On the beach: bar, entertainment, beach volleyball courts, beach soccer, Teqball table.

POOL

The property offers a spacious and well-equipped pool area. The 25-meter semi-Olympic main pool is flanked by a pool with a waterslide and a whirlpool. There is also a children's pool, approximately 70 cm deep, complete with water features. The complex is surrounded by a large solarium area.

BEACH

The property features a private beach, just steps away, fully equipped for relaxation and fun. Guests can enjoy the beach bar, children's playground, beach volleyball and beach soccer courts, a tee-ball table, and a bocce court, for active recreation by the sea.
