The Hotel Baya is a 3-star hotel in Milano Marittima, facing the sea, surrounded by a 6,000 m2 park where customers find tennis and padel courts, a semi-Olympic swimming pool and an equipped children's playground area. Different room types are available, including family rooms and a small apartment in an Annex. The property has parking and allows pets.
LOCATION
The Hotel overlooks the seafront of Milano Marittima, a few steps from its beach. The area is central, a few minutes walk from the Rotonda Primo Maggio and the main shopping streets of the city. Furthermore, the area is very lively in the evening with several trendy bars and restaurants, just a few steps from the sea.
ROOMS
The hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV (and in some cases with Sky channels), telephone, safe, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer. Minibar available on request and with supplement. Balcony and sea view (front or side) available only based on room type.
FAMILY ROOM: two connecting rooms with shared bathroom and 2 satellite TVs. The Superior versions are enriched with a double balcony.
DEPENDANCE: apartment composed of 3 double bedrooms with balcony overlooking the sea, 2 bathrooms (one of which with hydromassage shower), 4 LCD TVs. It is located in a building in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
SERVICES
The hotel is characterized by the presence of two synthetic grass tennis courts and a padel court, to which are added wellness spaces and a semi-Olympic swimming pool, all surrounded by a garden of over 6 thousand m2.
PARKING: available from 12pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure, the car park is private with non-reservable spaces (at a cost of €10 per day). There is a public car park 100 m from the hotel, also subject to charges.
BIKE HOTEL: it is possible to bring the bike to the room and request energy breakfasts.
PETS: small and medium-sized pets allowed, with supplement.
FOOD
BREAKFAST: buffet of sweet snacks: croissants, biscuits, homemade cakes, yogurt, fresh fruit and cereals. The offer is completed by omelettes, eggs, cold cuts and cheeses for lovers of savory breakfasts.
LUNCH AND DINNER: every day, for lunch and dinner, you can choose between 3 different menus which always include fish; pasta and desserts are homemade and buffets of homemade desserts and fruit are offered.
OTHER: partner restaurant on the beach and possibility of packed lunch.
KIDS
In the hotel: outdoor playground area with baby pool, slides, water fountains, ping pong table and table football. Furthermore, strollers and babysitting services can be requested (for a fee).

POOL
In the hotel garden there is a semi-Olympic swimming pool with 140 cm deep water and with: cervical hydromassage, bubble jet, hydromassage area, waterfall and slides. Also in the garden there is both a shallow water pool for children and a solarium area with sun loungers.
BEACH
The hotel has an agreement with Bagno Samuele, a modern bathing establishment with a restaurant area and various other services.
