Price variations within the minimums and maximums reported above are given by the type and size of the apartment, the week chosen and the remaining availability.
The basic weekly rental prices of the apartments are for 2 people for a week (from Saturday to Saturday), and include linen, water and electricity consumption, air conditioning, daily and final cleaning of the apartment (excluding cleaning of the corner cooking, provided by our guests) and a reserved parking space. All apartments are supplied with bed and bathroom linen and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Supplements: - for each additional person beyond the 2 foreseen (even if children): €60.00 per week or €15.00 per day (if the additional person stays for only a few nights) - for pets: Euro 30.00 one-off for sanitizing the apartment. In some types of apartments we reserve the right not to accept animals. We ask that their presence is always communicated at the time of the request.
The stay runs from Saturday 4.00pm to Saturday with departure by 10.00am. - Upon departure the customer must leave the kitchenette perfectly clean - At the time of booking, a deposit equal to approximately 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required.
