The prices in the price list are per apartment per week, from Saturday to Saturday. In the period from 27/07/2024 to 24/08/2024 only minimum stays of 2 weeks are accepted (unless otherwise available).
SUPPLEMENTS - Compulsory final cleaning to be paid on the spot: Studio € 40.00 - Two room € 60.00 - Three room € 75.00. - Washing machine €5.00 per wash (+€4.00 per dryer). - Additional bed/cot where possible: +10% per week (min. € 20.00 per day) upon reservation and subject to availability. - "Mare" and "Lungomare" apartments with sun terrace and equipped relaxation area: € 120.00 per week. - Small pets (1 per apartment): €40.00 per week.
PROMOTIONS: - 5% discount for stays of at least 3 weeks (excluding the period from 27/07/2024 to 24/08/2024).
CONDITIONS: - The booking of the stay must be confirmed with the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the stay (minimum € 150.00) and the balance must be paid upon arrival. - The obligatory security deposit is € 200.00 and will be returned at the end of the stay, after checking the apartment and equipment. - Pets allowed: the Management reserves the right to withhold from the security deposit paid by the customer upon arrival the refund for any damage that may occur due to the hosted animal.
