The hotel is located in Riccione in a quiet and central area. The beach can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes, Viale Ceccarini is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

The rooms have a balcony, satellite TV with Sky channels, air conditioning, 100 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, minibar, bathroom with shower/bathtub (hydromassage in the suites) and hairdryer. Cleaning is done twice a day.
