The property is located in Riccione on an internal street, a 5-minute walk from the beach and the spa. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the center and Viale Ceccarini.

FAMILY ROOM: 22 to 24 m2, with non-stocked mini-bar; some have a double bedroom plus a bedroom with a bunk bed, others consist of a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with a bunk sofa bed.
COMFORT SUPERIOR: they can be double, triple or quadruple. They have all the services listed above above, a non-stocked mini-bar and are elegantly furnished. The triple and quadruple rooms are equipped with a bunk sofa bed.
ECONOMY: adjacent to the solarium floor, they measure 16 m2 and do not have a balcony. Some do not have a shower box.

Beach n. 46 also has a swimming pool accessible for a fee, with heated water, 72 m2 large and 120 cm deep. Next to it, there is also a children's pool 15 m2 large and with shallow water (60 cm).
