The hotel is located near the sea. With a few minutes' walk you can reach both the beach and Viale Milano, a pedestrianized seafront, which crosses Viale Ceccarini, a renowned shopping street on the Riviera Romagnola.

The swimming pool is located on the top floor of the hotel, with a beautiful view that opens onto the sea and the hinterland. All around there is a solarium area with loungers and umbrellas where you can sunbathe or have an aperitif.
