The Astra Suite Residence in Riccione is a 4-star villa by the sea with 4 apartments, two two-room apartments and two three-room apartments, each with guaranteed parking space, washing machine, balcony and fast Wi-Fi. Small pets allowed.
The residence is located in Riccione a few steps from the beach and the pedestrian promenade. With a walk of about ten minutes you can reach the dock and the canal port of the city.
The four apartments of the structure are furnished in a modern style and characterized by large windows and relaxing colours. They are equipped with a digital safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board, 22" LCD TV in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi. Included in the cost are: water, gas and electricity, a weekly change of linen. Daily cleaning on request. Laundry service, active reception at the Hotel Astra (in front of the Residence), whose services guests can freely use, including the DVD player in the living room. PARKING: one uncovered parking space is available for each apartment. WI-FI: fiber throughout the structure. AIR CONDITIONING: present both in the common areas and in the apartments. AGREEMENTS: beach, amusement parks. BIKE HOTEL: possibility of bringing the bike into the room. PETS: small pets allowed on request and with payment of a supplement, pet friendly beach.
