The newly built 3-star Residence Perla Verde in Riccione has a swimming pool, fitness area and parking. The apartments, two-room and three-room apartments that can accommodate up to 6 people, are well furnished and equipped with a balcony, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Pets allowed with supplement.
The property is located in Riccione in a quiet position, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and about ten minutes from the canal port.
Two-room and three-room apartments are available which can accommodate from 2 to 6 people, equipped with a living area, kitchen with fridge, hob, dishwasher and microwave oven. They have a bedroom, balcony, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and bed linen, safe, TV (Smart TV in some rooms), telephone, individually controlled air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. It is possible to request daily reordering for a fee. Two apartments have a garden.
The structure has a garden, swimming pool, hydromassage tub, open-air porch, sun terrace, free bicycles, reading room, fitness area, lift, coin-operated laundry service inside the structure. Stays are to be considered from Saturday to Saturday. PARKING: uncovered parking spaces and garage, both in the structure. WI-FI: 100 Mbit/s fiber, available throughout the entire structure. AIR CONDITIONING: present in all apartments. AGREEMENTS: beach, amusement parks, discos, waterslide. On request: shuttle service, organized excursions. The residence has a 100 cm deep outdoor swimming pool, with hydromassage and bubble jet. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, plus a 5-seater hydromassage tub.
The structure has an agreement with Spiaggia del Cuore n.110, equipped with a heated swimming pool, hydromassage, entertainment for adults and children, massage area, children's library, mini club, playground, nursery and changing table, ping-pong table, services for disabled people, reading area, identification bracelet for children, beach towel rental, beauty and physiotherapy centre.

SUPPLEMENTS - Daily tidying up for two-room apartments € 30.00 - Daily tidying up for three-room apartments: € 50.00 - Small pets (admitted on request in the Residence): + € 9.00 per day - Compulsory final cleaning: € 80.00 for two-room apartments; €90.00 for three-room apartments for 6 people. In case of presence of animals (on request) the cost of cleaning will be doubled. - Loss of keys: refund of € 20.00 by the customer
CONDITIONS: - The amount of the deposit must reach the Residence at the latest within 3 days from the date of making the reservation, unless otherwise agreed with the manager at the time of booking - Failure by the client to comply with this condition authorizes the Residence to cancel the unconfirmed booking request - The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival at check-in by cash, debit card or credit card - Upon arrival, a deposit of € 250.00 must be paid in cash for each apartment. The deposit will be returned on departure after having checked the condition of the apartment except for damage or missing items
