LOCATION

The property is located in Marina Centro, an ideal place for walks in the brand new Parco del Mare, restaurants, trendy clubs. The beach can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes. Despite being in a central location, the hotel enjoys the silence and tranquility of a small internal street.

ROOMS

The hotel has different types of rooms, all with a balcony, some in a classic style, others with a more modern and designer connotation. All have: Wi-Fi connection, TV, safe, telephone, minibar, private bathroom, hairdryer.
CLASSIC: in traditional style, furnished with parquet; have private bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub, independent air conditioning, safety deposit box, balcony. Size from 11 to 17 m2, they are located on the 4th floor; some have a third bed or bunk bed.
DELUXE: elegant and prestigious proposal, with wooden floors, warm and bright rooms and fine finishes; they have private bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub, minibar, independent air conditioning, safety deposit box, balcony. Size from 13 to 18 m2; some have a third bed or bunk bed.
QUEEN DELUXE: in a modern style, they are the most spacious of the structure. Available in a single room; or in a Suite with two bedrooms separated by an internal sliding door or bedroom and living room. Ideal for families or couples' stays. Size from 21 to 25 m2.

SERVICES

The hotel has a large terrace where you can have breakfast, bicycles for adults and children available free of charge with child seats and helmets (on request). Inside: lift, reading room with newspapers, meeting room, children's playroom, DVD library, library, local guides, internet point, welcome drink, laundry and beach towels. The hotel adheres to the Rimini Autismo project to best welcome autistic people and their families.
PARKING: external video-monitored parking lots around the structure available all year round; in summer, another 20 spaces are added in a private area 150 m from the structure. Both are available on request, for a fee.
PETS: small and medium-sized pets allowed, with an extra contribution for sanitization. Veterinarian and dog sitter available, on request, for a fee. The affiliated beach is pet friendly.

FOOD

BREAKFAST: organic, buffet, sweet and savory, with zero-mile and fair-trade products, seasonal and preferably from local producers. It includes dishes for celiacs and lactose intolerants, as well as numerous vegan options.
LUNCH AND DINNER: the hotel has agreements with numerous restaurants in the area, which apply a 10% discount on their à la carte menus.
OTHER: the hotel has a Food Room to order food and heat it up if you decide to eat in the hotel.

CHILDREN

In the hotel: strollers, indoor play area, library, DVDs, bicycle seat and helmet. On request: babysitting and pediatrician service.
In the room: cots, bed rails, night lights, changing table, baby bath and toilet seat reducer.
At meals: high chair, paper and pencils, bib, kitchenette to prepare baby food independently, bottle warmer.
On the beach: baby club, entertainment, playground and sports fields.

POOL

Hotel guests can use the I-Suite Hotel's 120 m2 heated swimming pool, 200 m away, with a pleasant relaxation area all around, under a special agreement, or the Villa Adriatica hotel's swimming pool, 1.5 km from our hotel in the heart of Marina Centro, free of charge.

WELLNESS

Guests of the facility can take advantage of the agreement with the wellness center of the nearby I-Suite hotel. The i-FEEL GOOD Spa has a 30 m2 heated “Infinity pool” with hydromassage, effervescent beds and water blade, relaxation area with fireplace, Turkish bath, 50°C bio sauna and 90°C Finnish sauna both with sea view, thalassotherapy pool with Cervia salts, ice room, cabins for massages and beauty treatments, Ayurvedic, emotional, holistic, solarium cabin and sensory showers.
