The property is located in Rimini in the Marina center area, in a quiet street with little traffic and close to the beach, reachable on foot in about 2 minutes. The historic center of the city is easily reachable by bike, public transport or on foot. The location is convenient for those who intend to attend the Rimini Fair thanks to a convenient free shuttle.
