The hotel is located on the seafront in Rivazzurra, a tourist hamlet south of Rimini, not far from Riccione. The property has direct access to the beach and is located a few steps from the promenade with shops, clubs and restaurants. A short distance away you can reach the Fiabilandia theme park.

The structure has an agreement with Bagno Dino n.114 and Sunday Beach n.115/116, beaches equipped with games for children, nurseries, beach volleyball courts, table tennis, hot showers and much more.
