The hotel is located near the beach, in a quiet side street of the seafront in Viserbella, a small hamlet of northern Rimini. The location is well connected to the historic center of Rimini, reachable by bus no. 4 in about 15 minutes. The Italia in Miniatura theme park is 10 minutes away by car.

The hotel has an agreement with Bagno Maurizio n.43 which has a playground area, bocce courts, ping pong table, entertainment with mini-baby-junior club, beach volleyball and beach tennis sports fields.
