DESCRIPTION

The B&B Previsto Sole is located in the center of Civitanova Marche, a few minutes from the sea and the railway station. The structure, recently renovated, has been redesigned following eco-sustainability criteria and using bio-architecture materials. The bed and breakfast has private parking, a garden and a terrace.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

The B&B is located in Civitanova Marche, a few steps from the beach and less than 10 minutes on foot from Piazza XX Settembre. Civitanova Alta can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The train station is a 5-minute walk away, while the motorway exit can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Recanati and Loreto are respectively 35 and 25 minutes away by car, Ancona Airport about 40 minutes.

The structure has 3 rooms with private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set, kettle, coffee maker, mini-bar, air conditioning and satellite TV. The rooms are located on different floors and are suitable for 1 to 3 people.

The B&B Previsto Sole offers a private internal parking. The structure has a garden, terrace, kitchen and breakfast room. The staff makes some bicycles available to its guests. A paid shuttle service is provided upon request.
