The Hotel Birilli is located a couple of minutes' walk from the beach in Civitanova Marche. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and the shops in the centre. Using the car it takes about 10 minutes to reach the monuments hosted by Civitanova Alta while the Frasassi Caves are 30 minutes away. Ancona Airport can be reached in a 40-minute car journey.

The rooms are distributed between the ground floor and the two upper floors and can only be reached by stairs. The rooms are equipped with flat screen TV, air conditioning, fan, mini fridge, free Wi-Fi connection, private bathroom with shower, courtesy set and hairdryer.
