The bed and breakfast is located in the municipality of Grottammare, about 15 minutes walk from the seafront. The A14 motorway exit is 3 minutes by car, the train station 5 minutes, Ancona airport about an hour. Using the cycle path it is possible to reach the historic center of Grottammare Alta and San Benedetto del Tronto in 10 and 15 minutes respectively by bike.
