Hotel Parco dei Principi is an elegant 4-star hotel located on the seafront in Grottammare. Consisting of two buildings, it offers rooms and suites suitable for up to 4 people, continental breakfast and large outdoor spaces with tennis and beach volleyball courts, a swimming pool for adults and one for children. There is a restaurant on site. Beach service and free parking are available.
The hotel is located on the seafront of Grottammare, a two-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the historic centre, which can also be reached in 15 minutes by bicycle. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach San Benedetto del Tronto, the train station and the A14 motorway exit, while it takes about an hour to reach both Pescara and Ancona-Falconara International Airports.
Furnished in a classic or modern style, the accommodations are divided into double or triple rooms and suites that can accommodate up to 4 people. Many have a balcony, in some cases with a frontal sea view. All are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, SAT TV, telephone, minibar and bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set. The Regency Suites, developed on two floors, are also equipped with a sauna, hydromassage shower and jacuzzi.
For guests arriving by car, the hotel offers private parking (free) and a paid garage. The reception service remains active 24 hours a day. Outside it is possible to use a bar and large spaces furnished with gazebos, tables and chairs. The structure also offers an agreement with a beach establishment and entertainment for adults and children.

In the large outdoor area, surrounded by palm trees, there are 2 swimming pools: one at a low height for children and a larger one for adults. In the surrounding area there is a bar, relaxation areas furnished with tables and chairs and a solarium equipped with beach umbrella and sunbeds.
The hotel offers bicycle rental, free for the first two hours and then for a fee. Beach volleyball and five-a-side football pitches, a ping-pong table and a billiard room are available to guests.
The hotel has various spaces for meetings and conferences: a large room with flipchart and sound system (other equipment on request) with a capacity of 150/200 people and a smaller meeting room for groups of 5 to 40 people. Catering service available for the organization of coffee breaks, aperitifs, business lunches and dinners.
The continental breakfast is served as a buffet in the large room of the internal restaurant, also open for lunch and dinner with regional and international cuisine based on meat and fish. Buffet side dishes, fruit and desserts are included in the meals. Personalized gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan menus are available upon request.
