The David Palace Hotel is a 4-star hotel overlooking the tourist port of Porto San Giorgio. The property is located a few hundred meters from the beach and has a heated outdoor swimming pool which can also be used in autumn and spring. It offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with sea views. On the ground floor of the hotel there is the Davide Restaurant, one of the historic local restaurants that offers traditional local cuisine.
The property is located on the seafront, opposite the Marina of Porto San Giorgio. The beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, the historic center can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle. From the train station it is possible to reach the hotel in 10 minutes by bus (Porto Turistico stop, a few steps from the hotel). Ancona-Falconara airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car.
The hotel has 50 accommodations, divided between rooms and suites, spread over 4 floors. Furnished in a classic style, they all enjoy a sea view and are all equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, minibar and telephone. The bathrooms are equipped with courtesy set, shower cubicle and wall-mounted hairdryer (more powerful hairdryer on request). Some rooms come with a hot tub.
Guests can take advantage of reserved parking spaces on the seafront or book the paid parking service in a guarded garage. Upon entering the structure you are greeted by a large common area equipped with free Wi-Fi, sofas, TV and Internet Point. There is also a bar. The reception remains open 24 hours a day with a luggage storage service. The hotel has a seasonal swimming pool that can be used free of charge from April to October and is accessible to all ages. Around it there is a solarium area with umbrellas and sun loungers.

Breakfast is continental with sweet and savory products and is served as a buffet in the bright restaurant room. For lunch and dinner the Davide Restaurant mainly offers traditional fish specialties from the Marche region. Meat-based, vegetarian and other food-based dishes are also available upon request.
