The hotel is located a few minutes from the beach of San Benedetto del Tronto. In about 10 minutes of walking you can reach the Falcone-Borsellino Pineta and the Riviera delle Palme Stadium. Using the car it is possible to reach various places of interest in a few minutes: the Sentina Regional Nature Reserve and the Porto d'Ascoli station are about 6 minutes away, the Paese Alto less than 15 minutes. To reach Abruzzo International Airport it takes approximately 55 minutes by car.
