Hotel Progresso is a 4-star hotel housed in an Art Nouveau villa facing the sea in San Benedetto del Tronto. Historical family-run hotel, it offers renovated rooms equipped with every comfort. The property is located on the seafront of San Benedetto del Tronto, just over a 10-minute walk from the center and a 15-minute walk, or 5 minutes by bike, from the South Pier Promenade. It takes 5 minutes by car to the train station, the the motorway exit is 10 minutes away, the Abruzzo International Airport just over 1 hour.
The 39 rooms are distributed between the main building and an annex. Furnished with fine wood furniture handmade on the model of the original Art Nouveau style, in some cases they have period floors and ceilings. All have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, minibar, safe, telephone, electric kettle and private bathroom with shower or bathtub, courtesy set and hairdryer. Some have a furnished balcony and offer sea views.
The hotel offers 24-hour reception service with concierge and luggage storage.
