The property is located in Porto d'Ascoli, San Benedetto del Tronto district, a few steps from the Riviera delle Palme beach. The center can be reached by bike in about 15 minutes, as can the South Pier Promenade and the Museum of Art on the Sea. The hotel is 5 minutes by car from Porto d'Ascoli train station, 10 minutes from the motorway toll booth and one hour from Abruzzo International Airport.
