B&B Villa Tozza is located in a residential area of Senigallia, a few minutes' walk from the historic centre. It is a period residence in Art Nouveau style renovated to offer all contemporary comforts. The property offers a large tree-lined garden with a small hydromassage pool and is pet-friendly.
The B&B is located in the Porto di Senigallia residential district, a ten-minute walk from the beach and the main attractions of the historic centre. Villa Tozza can be reached on foot from the railway station in about 10 minutes, while by car you can arrive in 5 minutes from the motorway exit and in 20 minutes from Ancona-Falconara airport. The Marina is a 15-minute walk away.
The B&B has 3 double bedrooms and a Family Room with double bed and bunk bed. All rooms have furnishings in coordinated colors, parquet floors, windows or a small terrace overlooking the garden or the city. Each accommodation has a set of linens, a TV, independent air conditioning and a private bathroom with courtesy set, a shower cubicle and a hairdryer. One room has a bathroom with hydromassage tub and shower cubicle. On the ground floor there is a 40 m2 apartment with independent entrance, equipped kitchen, double bedroom with the possible addition of a cot and private bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a safe, air conditioning, smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine with washer-dryer function.
B&B Villa Tozza offers a 500 m2 garden with trees, tables, beach umbrella, sunbeds and sofas, equipped with a mosquito repellent and misting system. Inside the structure there is a common room with TV, a kitchen and a dining room. The staff is available for luggage storage. The property is covered by Wi-Fi connection. Children: possibility of cots and additional beds in the room. Strollers are provided upon request. Sport: the staff is available to rent bicycles and book excursions on two wheels.
