DESCRIPTION
Dimore di Mare is a modern family-run residence located directly on the beach of Termoli. Built respecting the environment with eco-sustainable materials such as wood and natural stone, it offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and a living room with equipped kitchen. It accepts pets and offers parking at no additional cost.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The structure is located in a seafront position in the northern area of Termoli. Moving by car, in about 10 minutes you can reach the city centre, the port, the Borgo Antico and the local station. From the motorway toll booth you can reach the residence in just over 10 minutes, while from Pescara airport it takes about an hour and 10 minutes to travel.
APARTMENTS
The residence offers 12 apartments characterized by modern furnishings and warm, soft colours. All accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is equipped with a balcony or patio, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, TV, living room with equipped kitchen, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Linen is provided for a fee.

The property has private outdoor parking that can be used at no additional cost. Outdoor spaces furnished with tables and chairs and a private beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, accessible directly from the residence, are available to guests.
