Hotel Angelo Engel is a 4-star hotel located in the center of Ortisei, a short distance from the ski lifts. It offers accommodation with Sky TV, a safe and free Wi-Fi. The Chiusa-Val Gardena toll booth on the A22 is about 25 minutes away. Bolzano station and airport are connected to the town by public transport and private services.
The rooms, furnished in typical mountain style with pine furniture, are all equipped with Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV with Sky subscription, spa kit (bathrobe, towel and slippers), telephone, minibar, safe and private bathroom with hairdryer, courtesy set and shower box or shower tub. Most of the rooms have a balcony. The Junior Suites consist of 2 rooms and are equipped with a kettle with a selection of teas.
The hotel has outdoor parking and an internal garage, both available for a fee. Guests can use the concierge service and free luggage storage. The laundry/ironing service requires a supplement. In summer, various activities are organised by the hotel or in collaboration with external professionals (walks, MTB/E-BIKE tours, climbing). MTB rental is available on site, for E-BIKEs there are agreements with the Ortisei mountain bike school.
The Angelo Spa & Beauty Farm includes a heated swimming pool, hot tub, mountain pine steam bath (at 50°), various types of sauna (Tyrolean sauna at 90°-95°, herbal sauna at 60° dedicated to women, garden sauna at 90°-95°), relaxation room and massage area and face/body treatments. Towel, slippers and bathrobe included.
The hotel's large heated pool extends externally for 90 square meters and internally for 70 square meters. The two areas are separated by a sliding door and both have areas equipped with sun loungers. The pool is open all year round and accessible to all ages.
Breakfast, served as a buffet, includes sweet and savory options. The restaurant offers land and sea dishes of local and national cuisine with variations on request for intolerances or other dietary needs. In summer, barbecues are organized at the foot of the Sassolungo. Packed lunches and afternoon snacks are available.
