Located in the historic center of Florence, Hotel Cosmos is a 3-star hotel suitable for any type of traveller, from a couple escaping for a weekend to a family or group of friends. Inspired by the name from the cosmea flower, it takes up its elegant and delicate motifs in the furnishings of the rooms, bright, hospitable and often equipped with a private balcony. Hotel Cosmos is located in a quiet position in the historic centre, a short distance from the main attractions of the city: in less than 15 minutes on foot it is possible to reach the railway station, the homonymous Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the Medici chapels and the Duomo, while the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery can be reached in about 20 minutes by public transport. Many bus stops are located in Piazza dell'Indipendenza, a few steps from the property. The hotel can be reached from Amerigo Vespucci airport in 18 minutes by car or in less than 30 minutes using public transport services (tram line T2).
The hotel rooms are furnished in a modern style with parquet floors, essential furniture and wallpapers with floral motifs. Spacious and bright, they can accommodate from 1 to 4 people. Only some rooms have a private balcony, but all have the most modern comforts such as air conditioning, safe, mini-bar, LCD TV, tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi connection and private bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and courtesy set.
