In a couple of minutes on foot it is possible to reach Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens to the south, while crossing the river you can walk to the Uffizi in 5 minutes, Piazza della Signoria in about 6 minutes and Piazza del Duomo in 10 minutes .
