DESCRIPTION
Casa Mostacchi is a B&B in Siena located on the second floor of a building in the historic centre. Family-run and characterized by wooden furnishings, it offers a relaxing atmosphere and has 5 rooms ideal for accommodating from one to four people. Every morning a breakfast is offered with traditional Tuscan products and home-cooked desserts.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The B&B is located in the historic center of Siena in a pedestrian area full of traditional restaurants and clubs. In 10 minutes it is possible to reach the Civic Museum, Piazza del Campo, the Torre del Mangia, Palazzo Pubblico and the Baptistery. The Duomo and the station are respectively 12 and 15 minutes away.
ROOMS
There are 5 rooms characterized by a romantic style with antique furnishings, ceilings with exposed beams and wrought iron beds. All accommodations have air conditioning, TV, kettle and are equipped with private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The Claudio room has a mezzanine and can accommodate four people, the Cristiana room is spread over two levels and has a double bed and a sitting area, while the Ginevra room is a double room overlooking the city.
SERVICES
Guests who reach the B&B by car can arrange with the staff to temporarily access the ZTL to load and unload their luggage. To park your car, a paid garage and public car parks located near the hotel are available. The B&B offers a reading room, free Wi-Fi connection and the possibility of booking an airport shuttle.
Children: cots and extra beds are not available.
Pets: allowed.
FOOD
The breakfast buffet includes sweet and savory options and is set up in the large common room overlooking the city's monuments. It includes hot and cold drinks, Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses and home-cooked sweet products such as pies, cakes and biscuits typical of the Sienese tradition. Products for intolerances and special diets are available.
