DESCRIPTION
ResArt Iàcomus is a residence located within the widespread museum Collezione Lercaro, in the historic center of Bologna. It occupies three floors of the building which houses permanent art installations and exhibitions and in its spaces and rooms it houses original works and replicas by important artists. The structure is furnished in a classic style with rooms equipped with the main comforts and has an agreement with a guarded parking lot in the area. It has a congress center with various classrooms and equipped meeting rooms, a common terrace on the fourth floor and free Wi-Fi connection.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
The residence is located in the historic center of Bologna near Viale Marconi, where it is possible to take the bus to the central station in less than 10 minutes. Palazzo Pallavicini and the Mercato delle Erbe are a 6-minute walk away, Piazza Maggiore 10 minutes. To get to the airport it takes about 15 minutes by car or 25 by public transport.
ROOMS
The hotel offers 32 rooms, 7 of which house original works of art by local artists. Furnished in a classic style with carpeted or wooden floors, they are equipped with air conditioning, a minibar and Wi-Fi connection. The rooms can accommodate from 1 to 5 people and some have a balcony. The private bathrooms have a shower cubicle, toiletries and a set of towels.
SERVICES
The structure, served by a lift, is accessible by code after reception hours and has an agreement with a nearby car park. There are lockers in the hall that can be used to store luggage even after check-out. Wi-Fi internet connection covers all areas and hotel guests have free access to the Lecaro Collection Museum. The structure has a private church inside, which is always open.

BUSINESS
Resart is equipped with a congress center with different environments: an Aula Magna, capable of accommodating up to 145 seated participants, and 5 classrooms with a capacity from 20 to 140 people. There are also a meeting room with 10 seats, a terrace and spaces suitable for exhibitions, shows and meetings. The rooms are covered by a Wi-Fi network and equipped with modern multimedia supports and an audio-video system.
