DESCRIPTION

The Residence Cristel, a 3-star hotel in Cattolica, is ideal for families and is managed by the owners. It has a swimming pool with hydromassage, parking and garage, apartments of various sizes and free Wi-Fi. Small pets are allowed.

LOCATION

The property is located in Cattolica less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and about 10 minutes from the Aquarium. The center and the Sirens' fountain can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, the Cattolica-S. Giovanni-Gabicce train station in about twenty minutes.

Well-furnished studio, two-room and three-room apartments are available. All have a balcony, kitchenette with appliances and fridge with freezer, fibre Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, telephone, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set, air conditioning on request. Bed linen and towels are included, final cleaning is free, daily cleaning is available on request.
STUDIO 3p: 29 m² plus balcony, it has a kitchenette with oven and fridge with freezer, double and single bed, a bathroom with shower, balcony and can accommodate 3/4 people.
STUDIO 2p: 28 m² for 2/3 people
TWO-ROOM APARTMENT 4p: 37 m² plus balconies, it has a kitchen-living room with kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer and double sofa bed, a double bedroom plus single bed, a bathroom with shower, 2 balconies and can accommodate 4/6 people.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENT 3p: 31 m² for 3/4 people
THREE-ROOM APARTMENT 5p: 45 m² plus balconies, has a kitchen-living room with kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer and sofa (single bed), has two bedrooms, one double plus third bed and 1 double, 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 balconies and can accommodate 5/7 people.
THREE-ROOM APARTMENT 6p: 60 m² for 6–8 people, both at the Residence Cristel and in the Via Perugia Apartments (next to the Residence Cristel).

SERVICES

Garden with swimming pool and whirlpool, free bicycles, lift, luggage storage, late check out subject to availability. Guests can use the gym with multiple and heated whirlpool tub located at the Hotel Globus, 20 m from the property, free of charge.
PARKING: free garage in the hotel, uncovered and covered parking 50 meters away.
WI-FI: fiber throughout the property.

POOL

The pool is located in the garden and is accessible in the summer months. 90 m2 large and 80 to 120 cm deep, it has a bubble jet, cervical hydromassage and a separate area with hydromassage. It is supervised by a lifeguard and surrounded by about thirty sun loungers.
