Description, location and services
The Hotel Residence Torretta is a 3-star hotel with swimming pool in Cattolica that includes a hotel structure, a residence with 2 types of two-room apartments and the historic Villa Frascaroli from the early twentieth century. It is conveniently located between the sea and the center, a short distance from the beach, the port and the new Darsena. It has a swimming pool heated to 28-29° with hydromassage, free Wi-Fi also in the room and a large garden with games for children under 8 years. Small pets are accepted.
LOCATION
The property is located near the sea, on the road that connects the historic center to the seafront, the port and the new Darsena. With a few steps you can reach the seafront and in 10 minutes walk you can reach Piazzale 1 Maggio with the dancing fountains and the pedestrian area. The Cattolica Aquarium is a 10-minute drive away.
ROOMS
The recently renovated rooms offer sea, pool or interior views. They all have a balcony, independent air conditioning, TV with Sky channels, 100 Mbit/s fiber Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, safe, complete bathroom with shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. Minibar not stocked in use.

APARTMENTS
The Residence is a structure adjacent to the hotel, consisting of two-room apartments and two-room plus apartments with a total of 48 beds. All apartments have a microwave oven, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe and independent air conditioning system. Guests of the residence can use all the services and comforts of the hotel. On the day of arrival, the apartments are delivered by 4:00 pm.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS: 42 m2 with a 3 m2 balcony, located on the first and second floors. They can accommodate 2 to 4 people, have a large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed and double bedroom with large balcony. Private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
BILOCALI PLUS: two-room apartment of 42 m2 with attic of 14 m2 and terrace of 3.5 m2. They are located on the third floor. They can accommodate up to 6 people. In addition to the amenities of the two-room apartments, they offer 2 extra beds in the attic with small bathroom and terrace, connected to the lower floor with a spiral staircase, perfect for children/teenagers. During your stay, the change of bed linen twice a week and bathroom linen once a week is carried out free of charge.
SERVICES
Garden area, heated swimming pool with hydromassage and solarium, free bicycles, tavern bar, reading room, living room and relaxation area, newspapers available in the hall, lift, free beach towel (on request with deposit).
PARKING: uncovered spaces in an internal, uncovered, fenced but unguarded parking lot; to which are added some spaces in the garage. Another 9 spaces are available in a garage 100 m from the hotel. All solutions must be booked in advance.
BIKE HOTEL: routes and maps, closed bike room, energy breakfasts, bike washing area, workshop dedicated to bicycle repair and maintenance. On request: medical and physiotherapy assistance and guides.
PETS: small pets allowed in the hotel with a supplement, small and medium sized pets in the apartments; beach access and veterinary service available on request.
FOOD
BREAKFAST: buffet breakfast with sweet and savory dishes. It is consumed in the restaurant, or you can move with your tray to the pool area.
LUNCH AND DINNER: in the restaurant room overlooking the pool and the garden, 3-choice menus are served with traditional Romagna dishes, followed by a buffet of appetizers and seasonal vegetables. A rich cellar of local wines and specialties is available.
VARIATIONS: vegetarian dishes and cooking with gluten free products.
OTHER: those staying in the residence can have breakfast and dinner at the restaurant or use the take-away service to dine in the apartment. At the bar you can have aperitifs and cocktails.
