DESCRIPTION

Residence Perla offers eleven two-room apartments a few steps from the sea. The structure is equipped with fast Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning and sea-view apartments. Small pets allowed.

LOCATION

The residence is located a few steps from the beach and the promenade. In a few minutes you can reach the Rimini spa, Miramare station and the Fiabilandia theme park. The bus stop no. 11 which connects Rimini center and Riccione is just a few meters away.

APARTMENTS

Residence Perla offers two types of apartments, both include: air conditioning, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bed linen, kitchen, refrigerator, safe, satellite and digital terrestrial TV, 50 Mbit/fiber Wi-Fi internet connection s, bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer. Cots available on request, anti-fall rails and high chairs at the table.
DELUXE: independent entrance, equipped room, renovated kitchenette with kettle and private terrace.

Lift, final cleaning of the apartments, utilities and VAT already included in the price.
PARKING: paid public parking, 200 m from the property.
WI-FI: 50 Mbit/s fiber, in the apartments.

SERVICES FOR DISABLED PEOPLE: entrance on the ground floor, compliant lift, room with maneuvering space for a wheelchair.

The residence has an agreement with Bagno Rudy (beach n.144-n.145) with bocce courtss, beach volleyball, beach tennis, magazines, mini club and games for children.
